No, Of course Not! Black cannot stop the White pawn from promoting because the White King is in front of the pawn and keeps the opposition. Watch the full video for the game and to see how White won! Did you notice how the White King took the opposition, maintained the opposition and took control of the g7 square to ensure pawn promotion without any problem? The same would have worked if the White King would have similarly taken control of the other key square that of e7. :)
